Our Story
Our Story
Founded by combat veteran Mihyon D. Cha, ISPMU was born from a story of resilience, passion, and an unwavering belief in the power of self-reinvention. Today, alongside visionary CEO Jina Park-Cha, ISPMU stands as the only BPSS- and NYS DOE-licensed Private Career School for Permanent Makeup in New York City.
