As the President of the International School of Permanent Makeup (ISPMU), I am proud to affirm our commitment to being a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. - Enhancing our outreach to underrepresented communities by pooling resources and expanding collaborative efforts with like-minded organizations.
- Being intentional about reducing bias during hiring, promotion, and evaluation processes, and training our team in equitable practices.
- Pushing for public and private-sector policies that advance diversity, inclusion, and equity.
