We are committed to providing high-quality services, courses, and products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Services

We do not offer refunds on permanent makeup services. The outcome of any cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to permanent makeup, varies from person to person. While we conduct an extensive pre-procedural mapping process to understand your desired look, final results may require additional touch-ups to achieve the best outcome.

Courses

Tuition and registration fees for permanent makeup courses are non-refundable. However, students may reschedule their course once, provided we receive a written request at least two weeks before the course start date.

Refund eligibility is determined based on the number of days attended. Once a student has attended beyond the eligible refund period, no refunds will be issued.

Additionally, student kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Items in the kit cannot be returned for cash value or exchanged.

Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products such as pigments, needles, or other disposable supplies."
